Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the US except for in the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MN, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV. Any shipments to AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MN, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Trey’s Terps Return & Refund Policy

At Trey’s Terps, we stand behind the quality of our hemp products and want our customers to be completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an order was incorrectly fulfilled or damaged during shipping.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Lab Testing & Quality Assurance

All of our products are third-party lab tested for compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill (less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC).
We do not guarantee specific effects or experiences, as hemp products interact differently with each individual.
